tk4 Terms & Conditions — Full English Version

1General Information & Applicability

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between tk4 and its users. They apply to the tk4 website (tk4.wine), mobile application, and all associated digital services. "User", "you", or "member" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered by the tk4 platform.

Tk4 is an internationally licensed online Sports Betting and gaming platform. We offer betting on cricket, football, and more than fifty other sports, along with live match odds, jackpots, and related services. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

These Terms & Conditions are written in English for the convenience of Bangladeshi users. However, in the event of a legal dispute, the original English version shall prevail.

2Account Registration & Verification

To register with tk4, you must provide accurate and truthful information. Opening an account with false details is strictly prohibited, and tk4 reserves the right to close any such account at any time.

Each user may register only one account. If multiple accounts are found belonging to the same individual, all accounts will be terminated and any balance may be forfeited.

• During registration, you must provide your full name, date of birth, email address, and phone number accurately.
• A copy of your National ID or passport may be required for KYC verification.
• Multiple accounts cannot be opened using the same phone number or email address.
• Keeping your password confidential is your responsibility. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your account.
• Any changes to your account details must be reported to tk4 as soon as possible.

3Age Verification & Eligibility

All tk4 services are intended solely for individuals aged 18 and above. Use of tk4 by anyone under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.

Additionally, users accessing tk4 from countries or regions where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use the platform. It is each user's own responsibility to comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their country or region.

4Betting Rules

The odds displayed at the time of placing a bet on tk4 are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be cancelled — though where Cash Out is available, you may close the bet early under specific conditions.

• Minimum and maximum bet amounts are set by the platform for each wager.
• Bets recorded at incorrect odds due to a technical error may be voided by tk4.
• If a match is abandoned or cancelled, the stake for that bet will be refunded to your balance.
• If an event in an Accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of 1.00.
• In the event of a dispute over match results, the decision of the relevant internationally recognised sports authority will be considered final.
• In live betting, bets may be rejected due to network delays — this is a normal part of how the system operates.

5Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposits on tk4 can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved methods. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are listed on the platform's payment page. All deposits are credited to your balance once verified.

• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawals can be made.
• Winnings from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• Withdrawals must be made through the same method used for the deposit — this is required for anti-money laundering compliance.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected, tk4 may place payments on hold until the investigation is complete.

6Bonuses, Promotions & Offers

Tk4 regularly offers various bonuses, free bets, and promotional deals. Each offer comes with its own terms, which are detailed on the offers page or in email notifications.

• Wagering requirements must be met before using a bonus (typically 5x–20x).
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn directly — they can only be used for betting.
• Attempting to use the same bonus more than once may result in account suspension.
• Bonus offers have a set expiry date — any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.
• Tk4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.

7Account Suspension & Closure

You can close your tk4 account at any time by contacting the support team. Before closing, please allow all pending bets to be settled and withdraw your remaining balance.

Tk4 reserves the right to suspend or close accounts for any of the following reasons:

• Providing false or incomplete information.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• Being a minor or misrepresenting your age.
• Money laundering or suspicious financial transactions.
• Harassing or threatening tk4 staff or other users.

8Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk4 platform:

• Placing bets based on match fixing or insider information.
• Using bots, automation tools, or scripts to place bets.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or technical errors.
• Using tk4 for money laundering purposes.
• Attempting to access or log into another user's account.
• Using tk4's brand, logo, or content without prior permission.
• Attempting to exploit or manipulate the bonus system in any way.

9Privacy & Data Protection

Tk4's Privacy Policy details how your personal information is collected, used, and protected. By registering, you also agree to that policy.

Tk4 does not sell your data to third parties. However, information may be shared with authorities when required by law, for fraud investigations, or for security purposes.

10Limitation of Liability & Disclaimer

Betting is inherently risky. tk4 is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from betting. Users place bets entirely at their own risk.

• Tk4 is not liable for any bets lost due to internet disconnection.
• The platform may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled technical maintenance.
• Tk4 always aims to maintain 99.9% uptime, though this cannot be guaranteed.
• In any dispute regarding results, tk4's decision is final.

11Terms Update Policy

Tk4 may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notification will be sent to your registered email or displayed on the platform. Continued use of the platform after any update constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
